Terms of use

These terms govern use of the online store BOK-MALL (https://bok-mall.com/en/), operated by Humanly Inc. (the "Company").

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and the user in relation to the e-commerce services the Company provides.

Article 2 (Registration and orders)

You may order either as a registered member or as a guest. Information you provide when ordering is used only for delivery and customer support.

Article 3 (Payment and cancellation)

Payments are processed through PortOne (card and easy pay). Orders can be cancelled before we begin preparing the parcel. Cancellation, return and refund timing after that point follow the Returns & exchanges page.

Article 4 (Minors)

A person under 19 years of age must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before ordering. A contract entered into without that consent may be cancelled by the minor or the legal guardian; contact customer service to do so.

Article 5 (International orders)

For orders shipped outside Korea, import duties, taxes and customs handling charges levied by the destination country are not included in the amount paid to us and are the responsibility of the recipient. If delivery becomes impossible because of customs delay or an import restriction in the destination country, we refund the price of the goods excluding shipping.
